The exterior, roof, and top floor ceilings have been restored in an authentic manner consistent with the original material.

The home dates back approximately 400 years in a town dating back nearly 1000 years.
Penne is a hill town located between the Apennine Mountains and the Adriatic Sea, and is only a 45-minute drive to world class beaches.
The luxury menswear house Brioni is located in Penne as well and, at only 5 minutes away is the nature reserve Lago di Penne.
